How Ghost Brakes specs this 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 TRX
This 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 TRX kit uses a 2-piece floating rotor — the aluminum hat and iron friction ring expand independently under heat so the rotor stays true through repeated hard stops. Ghost specifies that architecture when the platform generates track-level thermal load, not as a cosmetic upgrade over a one-piece ring.
Pads ship matched to the rotors as a system. Confirm year and trim on the vehicle page before you buy — caliper and rotor diameter change by generation on many of these platforms.
